- Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our t-shirts. However, colors and styles may vary slightly due to monitor differences and production variations.
- Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without prior notice.

3. Orders
- Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, inaccuracies in product information, or issues with payment.
- Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with details of your order. It does not constitute acceptance of the order.

4. Pricing and Payment
- Pricing: Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Sales tax will be added to the total amount at checkout.
- Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods including Credit Cards. Full payment is required at the time of order placement.

5. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping Charges: Shipping costs will be flat rate shipping of $4.99 on orders up to $50.00 then free after that. Unless these are discussed with the customer prior to shipping in the occasion of large orders with excessive shipping cost due to weight or distance. 
- Delivery Time: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or other factors beyond our control.
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds: Refunds are available for standard t-shirts if requested within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Custom orders are non-refundable once production has started.
- Exchanges: Exchanges are available for standard t-shirts within 14 days of receipt if the item is in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs apply.
- Defective Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.

7. Intellectual Property
- Content Ownership: All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Aly Reese Designs and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use of any content is prohibited.
